Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and software

  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations for our web servers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role

  • Organized and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Fluency in English
Work Environment
