Air Freight Pricing Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Air Freight Pricing Analyst to join our team at Ceva Logistics. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent high levels of service, profitability, and cost efficiency while adhering to all applicable company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify different transport possibilities with airlines and transport companies and negotiate best possible rates for clients.
- Understand customer needs and bring innovative solutions.
- Recommend insurance.
- Produce rates in the operational system according to the needs of the clients and within the time limits.
- Follow up on rates.
- Act as the resource person for the Bolloré Group network, suppliers, and customer service department (both internal and external).
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments of SDV Canada.
- Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma or post-secondary education or experience, and two to three years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, be a proactive problem solver, and be able to manage their own time and priorities to meet internal and external expectations.
