Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders, driving talent acquisition and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, screen, and hire top talent for entry-level, professional, and technical job openings
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and training
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Administer onboarding, orientation, and training programs, ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in an HR generalist role
  • Experience in recruitment, talent management, and data analysis preferred
  • Strong computer skills, excellent typing skills, and a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results
