About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As an integral part of our organization, this role is responsible for communicating HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for posting jobs, performing interviews, screens, and recruiting for entry-level, professional, and technical job openings. They will also ensure the competency of applicants for job positions and administer employee benefits, maintaining a positive relationship with insurance providers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring effective exit interviews, providing management with analysis and recommendations, and resolving employee relation issues. The Human Resource Generalist will also act as a representative for unemployment claims, administer onboarding, orientation, and training within the organization, and build and sustain beneficial relationships with employment agencies and educational institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, a minimum of 4 years of work experience in an HR generalist role, and demonstrated work knowledge of multiple human resource areas. They will also possess data analysis skills, basic research skills, and the ability to provide beneficial recommendations to solve HR-related issues.
