At GS Construction Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating the work of regions, and establishing financial and administrative controls. They will also be responsible for formulating and approving policies and programs, as well as representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

The Construction Project Manager will work closely with our senior staff to establish objectives for the organization and formulate policies and programs. They will also be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal awareness and organizational skills. They will also be proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with a salary range of $500,001 - $1,500,000. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check and have a valid driver's license.
