Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits package, including PTO.

Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining positive working relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project documentation to industry standards;
  • Negotiating contract agreements, scopes of work, and change orders;
  • Scheduling and facilitating project meetings to coordinate work activity;
  • Overseeing procurement of required construction permits;
  • Preparing and submitting monthly Construction Status Reports;
  • Expediting approval of trade contractor invoices and change order requests;
  • Performing on-site inspections to ensure standards and requirements are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Project Management training or related college diploma;
  • Previous 3-5 years' experience in a project coordinator role in Ontario;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam software;
  • Experience working on full cycle high-rise projects;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
