At Stonerise Construction, we are seeking an exceptional Construction Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your primary focus will be on defining project scope, identifying critical path, and leading design meetings. You will also be responsible for liaising with partners and consultants to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and identify critical path to ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with partners and consultants to coordinate project activities
  • Manage construction process and lead design meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate potential risks and technical challenges
  • Determine resources required to manage project effectively
  • Lead design meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Project Management training or related College Diploma
  • 3-5 years Ontario experience in project management role with project values $2MM and above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam software
  • Highly organized, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
