Job Summary

Kahnawake Shakotiia'takehnhas Community Services (KSCS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Case Worker (ALS/FSRS) Level I.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling and support to clients and families of Assisted Living Services.
  • Work with clients and families living with developmental delays and/or mental health issues.
  • Conduct intake services, assessments/reassessments, and develop and maintain individual service plans.
  • Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and complete Integrated Service Plans.

Requirements:

  • University degree in social work with one to three years of work-related experience in the field of Special Needs and/or Mental Health.
  • College program in social work or other social science or health-related discipline, with three to five years of previous work experience in the field of Special Needs and/or Mental Health.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Benefits:

  • Indefinite full-time position with a 6-month probationary period.
  • Starting salary of $31.75/hour.
  • 35 hours/week with flexible hours as necessary.
