Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our Employer Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to employers, ensuring seamless pension administration processes. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality service delivery and foster strong relationships with our clients.

About the RoleAs a Pension Administration Specialist, you will:
- Provide technical support and guidance to employers on pension administration matters.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement effective education and training programs for employers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote a customer-centric approach, building strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma or university degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in MEPP or public sector pension administration.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable pension legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
