Pension Administration Leader

We are a Canadian pension administrator dedicated to delivering secure, valuable and sustainable workplace retirement solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional pension administrative services in accordance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements. This role drives operational excellence, ensuring timely and accurate service and identifies opportunities for improvement to meet evolving member needs and growth strategies.

A university degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field; CEBS, PPAC or CBP certification is an asset. A minimum of 8 years of experience in pension administration with increasing responsibility is required. Knowledge of multi-employer pension plans (MEPP) or public sector pension experience working directly with employers or service providers is essential.

This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are necessary for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include health and dental insurance, wellness programs, wellness incentives and a defined benefit pension plan.
