The Job:

This role involves overseeing maintenance operations on two shifts: afternoons and nights. As a skilled Maintenance Team Lead, you will ensure smooth operations by analyzing OEE and efficiency metrics and implementing strategies for improvement. You will also supervise maintenance technicians, develop their skills, and manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee equipment maintenance activities, focusing on improving performance and reducing downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in maintenance management.
  • Work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians as needed.

Requirements:

  • A valid Millwright license is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Team Lead or equivalent position.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
