We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Cintas. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment. Your expertise in maintenance management, equipment knowledge, and leadership skills will be essential in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities include:
- Improving equipment performance and reducing downtime through regular maintenance and repairs
- Managing and scheduling maintenance work assignments to ensure efficient use of resources
- Developing and implementing safety procedures to protect employees and assets
- Supervising and mentoring maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintaining staffing levels and responding to emergency alarms to minimize disruptions

A successful candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment and 2 years' supervisory experience. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
