About the Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of ILP equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and disassembling ILP machines, training new operators, and performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Additionally, they will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing ILP area processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and disassemble ILP equipment according to established procedures.
  • Provide training and support to new ILP operators.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in process improvements and suggest enhancements to existing procedures.
