About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Board Effectiveness Manager to join our team at Ivy Group Inc. As a key member of our Board Advisory Services practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality advisory services to boards of directors, CEOs, and other senior executives on governance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver complex projects, including board effectiveness assessments, CEO succession planning, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement business development strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate governance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services to boards of directors and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., MBA, CFA) is an asset.
