About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the best candidates for the role.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other TA platforms to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure the success of our hiring initiatives.
