As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and be responsible for full-cycle recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition for various positions across our Corporate, Investment Management, and Development sectors
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the Talent Acquisition process and drive business results
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and offer processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies to access a wider talent pool

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of US and Canadian markets is highly desirable
  • HR Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  • Experience with diverse sourcing channels and a strategic mindset for process improvement
  • Ability to present talent acquisition metrics and insights to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Workday system is a plus
