About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, People & Culture to develop and lead a talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent to the organization.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance our employer brand and promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners, providing guidance and support to set them up for success.
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience growing and scaling a talent acquisition function to align with business growth.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals.
What We Offer
Peoples Trust offers a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $115,000 and $130,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience that the chosen candidate possesses.
