About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shree Veera Inc. as a key member of our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, teach interest or professional development courses, and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
