About the Role
Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Human Resources & Transformation business unit, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of organizational design and classification, HR management, and human resources development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational design and classification strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on HR function organization, HR performance, and organizational culture.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement digital HR solutions to improve process efficiency and employee experience.
- Manage projects to optimize internal talent and drive business results.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology.
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Project is an asset.
