Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and improve organizational performance.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change management initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR Advisors and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development and change management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
