Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Coreservice Insurance Brokers Inc.

As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, managing contracts, overseeing data collection and analysis, and leading sales activities.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department to achieve targets.
  • Manage contracts to ensure compliance and effective partnerships.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
