Job Description

Raaziq Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations, including opening and distributing mail, managing contracts, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication: Handle telephone calls, relay messages, and answer electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, prepare meeting minutes, and compile data and statistics as required.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of manual and computerized filing systems, order office supplies, and manage inventory.

Requirements: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, English language.
