Business Operations Manager

As a key member of Ontario Inc., the Business Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our real estate office. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and controlling budgets and expenditures to ensure the office operates efficiently.
• Establishing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Recruiting, training, and directing a team of staff to meet business objectives.
• Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collecting and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
• Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinating and reviewing projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
• Planning, organizing, and directing daily operations to meet business goals.

**Security and Safety:**
• The ability to obtain a bond is required.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Ability to manage a large caseload and workload.
