Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our airline customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Oversee all aspects of account management, including communication with airline head offices and local offices.
- Ensure compliance with customer and airline service requirements by maintaining performance on customers as specified in the contract.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain positive, professional working relationships with customers and unit management and staff.
- Establish clear lines of communication at all levels to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Issue Resolution
- Monitor communications between back-office functions and customers to resolve any disputes that may arise.
- Respond to customer comments or complaints in a timely manner.
- Operational Support
- Provide operational support to customers, including arranging customer visits and meal presentations.
- Participate in conference calls, meetings, and workshops related to customer and operations.
- Team Collaboration
- Work with assigned staff to ensure proper menu specifications and directions are followed.
- Ensure all inventories for equipment and liquor meet customer requirements.
- Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance in the form of RAIC.
