Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales representatives, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and team activities, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
