Strategic HR Leader for Organizational Development

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team at Shangri-La as a Strategic HR Leader focused on organizational development. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive growth within our organization.
About the RoleThis leadership role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that promote organizational development, improve processes, and enhance overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent management best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote organizational development and improve processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to enhance their skills and abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of talent management best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Agile mindset with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing situations.
- Solid appreciation of HR technology and progressive HR trends and practices.
Shangri-La offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
