Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless guest experiences by allocating servers and bussers to various sections of the restaurant.
  • Welcoming guests and seating them promptly with menus.
  • Efficiently manage reservations and communicate with guests using our reservations system.
  • Handle incoming calls and make reservations according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide exceptional support to servers and bussers during peak times.
  • Maintain open communication with managers and employees on a daily basis.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests through Room Service, suggesting up-sells according to our SOPs.
  • Run buffet food and/or Room Service orders as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For:
    • Minimum one (1) year experience as a host/server in a fine dining establishment.
    • Previous knowledge of the Niagara region is an asset.
    • Up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
    • Familiarity with Restaurant Reservation systems is an asset.
