Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery is part of the APL family, located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake wine country. **Sound like you?**
- A passion for working with the public and/or are interested in learning about wine, hospitality, travel and tourism.
- Excited at opportunity to LEARN + SHARE wine and viticultural knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to multi-task
- A "Can Do" attitude and enjoy working in a busy seated tasting environment (restaurant serving experience an asset)
- An understanding of how to provide best-in-class service for guests
- An understanding of restaurant service or prior experience as host is an asset

**These teammates will be accountable for**:

- Greeting guests in a friendly manner
- Being a Wine Educator (don't worry we train you) and brand ambassador
- Working well with service support staff, hosts, guest relations
- Communicating well with management team
- Creating memorable guest experiences by providing information about our premium wines and/or leading tastings and experiences
- Sharing knowledge in a fun and engaging way
- Drive for higher sales and encouraging guests to become Wine Club members
- Manage customer inquiries in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner
- Supporting on-site events and in-store promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
