Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Join PB10 Construction & Landscaping as a Landscaping Supervisor and take on a key role in our team. As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Landscaping Operations: Organize the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, and schedule work to ensure that all projects are completed on time.
  • Planning and Estimation: Plan and estimate labor and materials for all landscaping projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs of all landscaping work, including materials and labor costs.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Youth: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth.
  • Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Visible Minorities: Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.

Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a work language of English and a work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
