Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at PB10 Construction & Landscaping. As a key member of our outdoor spaces team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure the successful completion of landscaping projects.
  • Project Planning: Organize and schedule planting, gardening, and lawn maintenance activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Task Management: Plan, estimate, and manage labor and materials for landscaping projects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, materials used, and staff performance.
  • Supply Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for landscaping projects.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Youth: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support youth development.
  • Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training to promote a welcoming work environment.
  • Visible Minorities: Offer mentorship programs and diversity training to create a inclusive work environment.
