Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at PB10 Construction & Landscaping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure the successful completion of landscaping projects.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
