Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

At PB10 Construction & Landscaping, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor spaces team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Organize and coordinate the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Schedule work and plan labor and materials to meet project deadlines.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track project progress.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
