Job Overview:

We're seeking a driven and collaborative sales consultant who shares our vision. This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor and shape how we sell electrification.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire customer journey, from consultation to design to financing to contract, and relationship management and referral generation
  • Perform 5-6 consultations daily over the phone or in person, addressing customer concerns, gaining their commitment, and guiding them through the enrolment process digitally
  • Build your pipeline through self-generated appointments and referrals
  • Effectively prioritize your calendar to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Track progress in our CRM
Requirements:
  • Passionate about our mission to make a dramatic impact on climate change
  • 3 or more years of sales experience
  • Experience in HVAC or a strong interest in homes and how they work
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient, familiar, and confident using technology
  • High-impact communication skills over the phone or video conference
  • Commitment to continuous self-improvement
  • Excels in a team setting and values collaboration and open communication
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE per annum
