Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and driven sales consultant to join our team. As a sales consultant, you'll play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and driving growth. You'll be responsible for owning the entire customer journey, from consultation to design to financing to contract, and ultimately relationship management and referral generation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track progress and analyze sales data to inform future sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in using technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
