Key Responsibilities:- Own the success of advanced transportation systems in our partner cities, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to our partners, helping to convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and entrepreneurial approaches to ensure the success of Via solutions in partner cities.
- Deliver insightful analysis from large datasets to help executives decipher mobility, demographic, and sustainability trends within their communities.
- Negotiate multi-year and complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant client-facing work experience, including consulting, consultative customer success, or success at a high-growth company.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate complex situations, and take on formal and informal leadership roles.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
- Quantitative skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and synthesize recommendations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
- Competitive salary range: CAD$130K-$140K.
