Partner Success Principal, Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Principal to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the success of our advanced transportation systems in partner cities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership, ensuring the successful implementation of our transportation solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and deploy advanced transportation networks, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and improve mobility outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, project planning, and entrepreneurial approaches to ensure the success of our solutions in partner cities.
- Analyze large datasets to provide insightful recommendations to executives, helping them understand mobility, demographic, and sustainability trends in their communities.
- Negotiate complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant client-facing experience, including consulting, customer success, or success at a high-growth company.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate complex situations, and drive results in high-responsibility roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
- Quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
