About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Microsoft Administrator Professional to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. Located in Cambridge, Ontario, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, migrating, deploying, and managing Microsoft services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration of the Microsoft environment and its capabilities
  • Primary on-site support for Microsoft issues and updates required across the Group
  • Creation of an Active Directory and monthly audits to reconcile users
  • Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems
  • Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Microsoft Administrator
  • Extremely strong proficiency in Microsoft Administration
  • A post-secondary degree in Information Technology, computer science or a related field
  • Experience with on-premise Active Directory, including the timely creation of active directories
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) required
