Fernie Alpine Resort is a world-class destination for outdoor enthusiasts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mountain Adventure Leader to join our team as a Griz Kids Centre Assistant Supervisor.

As a Mountain Adventure Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient daily operation of the Griz Kids Centre and its programs. This includes ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum, and addressing and resolving any issues or concerns from parents or staff.

You will also provide indoor supervision of kids, leading them through drawing and playtime, and engage with kids during indoor time. Additionally, you will manage and monitor product quality and delivery, and initiate corrective and disciplinary action as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as previous childcare experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role. An Early Childhood Educator Assistant certification is preferred, but not required.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including discounts on lodging and lessons, endless biking/hiking privileges, employee events, food and beverage discounts, and much more.
