You Will:

- Ensure a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Provide exceptional service to all guests in the restaurant
- Take beverage orders, mix, serve, and finalize sales as per outlined standards
- Practice approved food handling procedures and ongoing cleanliness
- Ensure that food service is prompt, meets guests expectations and that all bills are accurate
- Opening/Closing and side duties as per the restaurant systems
- Know and abide by RCR policies, Employee Handbook guidelines and Safety Management Program
- Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

You Have:

- Previous serving experience required
- Wine pairing and service knowledge required
- Serving it Right certification required
- Food Safe Certificate is an asset
