We are seeking a highly motivated Winter Sports School Sales Agent to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort. Reporting to the WSS Director, this full-time winter seasonal position requires strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and experience in winter sports school settings.

A key responsibility will be ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. You will also assist with upselling opportunities, manage cash handling, and maintain knowledge of all WSS products and resort events.

Additional duties include:

  • Entering bookings into the resort software program
  • Responding to information requests regarding lessons and products
  • Building relationships with guests through effective communication and sales techniques
