**You Will**:
Ensure a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
Provide exceptional service to all guests in the restaurant
Take beverage orders, mix, serve, and finalize sales as per outlined standards
Practice approved food handling procedures and ongoing cleanliness
Ensure that food service is prompt, meets guests expectations and that all bills are accurate
Opening/Closing and side duties as per the restaurant systems
Know and abide by RCR policies, Employee Handbook guidelines and Safety Management Program
Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
**You Have**:
Previous serving experience required
Wine pairing and service knowledge required
Serving it Right certification required
Food Safe Certificate is an asset
