Food Service Supervisor

Chirp Foods Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Recruit and Hire StaffRecruit and hire food service staff, ensuring that all new staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
