Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Egg and Us Corp., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. Your leadership will guide our team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for operations.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the establishment's culinary offerings.
  • Staff Scheduling: Establish work schedules for team members.
Supervision

You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.
