About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bubble Tea Brewers Inc. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.

Train and Develop Staff

You will train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that our high standards are met.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

You will estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control and Customer Service

You will ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Record Keeping and Reporting

You will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Bubble Tea Brewers Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

English
