Food Service Supervisor

Prairie Donair is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
