Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bel Air Gardens Restaurant. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
    • Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Estimate and Manage Food Supplies
    • Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage Records and Reports
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Reports and Summaries
    • Prepare and submit reports on food order summaries for the chef.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Bel Air Gardens Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
