Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bel Air Gardens Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Team
    • Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
    • Coordinate the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet quality standards.
  • Manage Food Inventory and Supplies
    • Estimate and order food and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure Quality Control and Food Safety
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure food safety and quality.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Provide recommendations for improving food service operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Noisy work environment.

    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
