Food Service Supervisor

B.C. Cafe Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
