About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at B.C. Cafe Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
