Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site management function.

The Role

This is a permanent position, working on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be required to commute to our office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to the site management function, including maintaining records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • To assist with bid writing and tendering processes, including researching and gathering information.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • To perform other duties as required by the business.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A number of years' experience in an administrative or site management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong understanding of the property and construction sectors.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
